The position is hybrid, with three days on-site at Arden Hills or Rochester, and a 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST schedule; on-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots technical problems and provides timely status updates until resolution.
• Acts as a software expert for assigned applications.
• Documents cases in the issue tracking system and supports knowledge base content.
• Collaborates with internal resources to find solutions and improve the product.
• Coordinates and communicates customer feedback for software enhancements.
• Travels to customer sites as needed for issue resolution or training.
• Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
