Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Working knowledge of cryogenics.
• Limited travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot Chart products and provide technical support.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and manuals.
• Coordinate with engineering and customer service teams.
• Provide systems application support and assist with safety bulletins.
• Process customer parts orders for Inside Account Rep.
