nVent is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role in Anoka, MN. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate across sales, planning, production and shipping to deliver reliable solutions.

This position emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and delivering superior customer service. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, experience with MS Office, and familiarity with JD Edwards or Connect systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool experience.

Responsabilités

• Research and resolve questions on pricing and availability for customers.
• Receive and process domestic standard distributor orders via email, phone, or electronically via JD Edwards/Connect.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, production, shipping and other teams on product, delivery or service matters.
• Monitor shipment dates and follow up to ensure timely delivery and obtain proof of delivery when needed.
• Identify components to help customers in part replacements and ensure timely responses.
