Job summary

Revolution Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a Technical Service Call Center representative to assist customers over the phone with equipment service needs. You will provide frontline technical support and troubleshoot issues across mechanical and electrical systems.

This contract-to-hire role features 12 openings. Training is onsite for 30 days, then hybrid work, with potential for permanent hire and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or technical customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Experience with MS365.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment issues.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, programming, and calibration.
• Coordinate service appointments and scheduling changes.
• Assist customers with parts and equipment questions.
• Learn to support pumps, filters, dispensing equipment, dishmachines, and other Ecolab systems.
