Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, assisting with product selection and order details.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and meeting sales goals.
• Achieves KPIs including revenue, margin, CSAT and adherence.
• Processes orders, verifies payment and shipping details; maintains customer records.
• Collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
