ProdataKey is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Draper, UT to assist dealers with technical inquiries and resolve issues across hardware and software. The role emphasizes strong communication, rapid problem solving, and precise documentation in our systems.

You will engage with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality support. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with access control, networking, and related technologies; Salesforce/Jira/Zendesk experience is

Competenze

Proven technical skills and solid computer proficiency.
Experience with basic office software such as Microsoft and Google Suite.
Ability to work full time in an office environment.

Mansioni

Inbound Dealer Support: handle calls, chat, and email with first contact resolution.
Troubleshooting: diagnose hardware, networking, and software issues for dealers and users.
RMA Processing: authorize and process RMAs per company guidelines.
Documentation: record detailed notes in Salesforce and update knowledge articles.
