ProdataKey in Draper, UT is seeking a Systems Technician/Helpdesk to support hardware, user accounts, and essential IT platforms. You’ll manage onboarding/offboarding, MFA enrollment, and provide front-line Salesforce CRM support and basic administration.

You will also handle asset tracking, license management, and create end-user self-service documentation to improve efficiency and reliability across the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Experience administering cloud productivity suites with user/group/license management.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform as a user or junior admin.

In this hands-on role, you will manage user account provisioning and MFA enrollment during onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot endpoint devices, and provide front-line Salesforce CRM support and basic administration. Beyond resolving daily user tickets, you will manage hardware assets, track software licenses, and build clear technical and self-service documentation.
