Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical support experience with an enterprise SaaS provider.
• 1+ years of DevOps or Linux Sys Admin experience.
• Strong customer service and communications skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Experience with help-request tracking tools (ticketing system).
• Understanding of HTTP, Postman, etc.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization (Docker/K8).
• Understanding of network security, API ecosystems, AppSec, WAF/WAAP or similar security products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class technical support to customers via email, chat, and meetings.
• Assist customers in managing Salt deployment issues and interpreting Salt Dashboard alerts.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalate issues as needed.
• Create and update customer support articles and documentation.
• Guide customers after implementation to ensure ongoing value from Salt.
• Lab-reproduce issues, research difficult problems, test fixes from Engineering.
• Provide customer-centric feedback to Product/R&D on issues and feature priorities.
