Everpure seeks a Technical Support Engineer for its 24x7 Support team in Lehi, Utah. You will analyze and resolve complex issues involving hardware, software, and environmental factors, collaborating across the company to champion customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional enterprise-level technical support role.
• Experience owning and resolving complex customer issues in a multi-platform enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills covering storage, networking, performance, and space.
• Experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and virtualization (VMware).

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues from first contact to resolution across all severities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems with FlashArray products in multi-platform environments.
• Lead multi-participant calls and advocate for customers with internal teams (e.g., Engineering).
• Contribute to knowledge base and FAQs for customers and teammates.
• Mentor junior Support Engineers on best practices for resolution and customer management.
