• Bachelor's degree in a related field with one-year related experience.
• Associate degree in CIS, MIS, IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with emphasis in information systems and two years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED with four years of experience equivalent in CIS, MIS, IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with emphasis in information systems.

• Responsible for IT equipment implementation and support functions.
• Monitors and processes tickets, troubleshoots and resolves issues.
• Prepares, installs and removes hardware and software.
• Maintains technical documentation of operational processes and procedures.
• Provides operational support of technology and documents activities.
• Works with vendors or other staff to resolve technical issues.
