Job summary

Compassus seeks a Technology Support Analyst to ensure seamless operation of our Patient Management Software. You will deliver exceptional end-user support, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with project teams as a liaison across departments.

You will assist in system performance monitoring, coordinate enhancements, and contribute to small to mid-size projects. Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience preferred, and on-site work in Brentwood, TN is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of related experience; equivalent combination considered.
• Healthcare and clinical billing systems experience preferred.
• Experience in application and end-user support in vendor applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for the Patient Management Software, addressing queries, errors, and problems promptly.
• Document issues and follow through to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials for end users.
