Bergstrom Automotive, headquartered in Neenah, WI, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across in-person, phone, and email interactions. You will empower team members with onboarding, setup, and day-to-day tech tools to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a degree and 2+ years in IT support, with strong Windows and Office skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software/network issues.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Provide onboarding and setup of desktop and mobile tech tools for new hires.
• Maintain and update tech systems with updates and health checks.
• Document tickets and maintain knowledge base for internal use.
• Collaborate with vendors for repairs and escalations.

Mac experience a plus

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
