Able to research, analyze, and recommend workflow changes, with proficient MS Office skills and excellent communication. Day shift, 40 hours/week, in the United States. Salary range is provided, with a focus on end-user support and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain clinical IT applications.
• Use data to support clinical decision-making and outcomes.
• Research and analyze work flow improvements and reports from multiple mechanisms.
• Provide high level customer service and support to the team.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving, time management and ITIL awareness.
