Job summary
Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Technical/Hardware Sourcing Recruiter to build pipelines for hardware, firmware, and AI software roles supporting device, robotics, and AI roadmaps. This is a sourcing-focused role, not full-cycle recruiting, onsite in Bellevue, WA.
You will use Boolean search, X-ray, GitHub, HireEZ, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify candidates, craft tailored outreach, and partner with engineering leaders to refine role requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing hardware and software engineering talent.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines for hardware and software engineering roles to support device, robotics, and AI roadmaps.
- Source for hardware/firmware/ASIC engineers and for software eng roles (Embedded, C/C++, Python, ML/AI).
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies using Boolean search, X-ray, GitHub, StackOverflow, and HireEZ.
- Craft tailored outreach and maintain high response rates with personalized messaging.
- Partner with engineering leaders to refine role requirements and profiles.
- Deliver insights on competitor talent and skill trends.
- Conduct initial technical screens to assess depth and experience.
- Track funnel health and pipeline velocity using ATS/CRM tools.
