Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support rapid hiring of Software Development Engineers and Security Engineers. You will build strong pipelines, source passive candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet high-volume requisitions.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and close collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, preferably SDEs and Security Engineers.
• Proven success in candidate generation and passive talent sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Generate and develop candidate pipelines for SDE and Security Engineer roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles.
• Conduct outreach to move talent through the funnel.
• Screen and assess technical candidates against role requirements.
• Manage multiple searches with clear stakeholder communication.
