Everforth Apex Systems in Cape Canaveral, Florida, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and other technical roles on-site. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive candidates, screen for technical fit, and guide candidates through the assessment and onboarding process in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands autonomy, strong communication, and data-driven recruiting.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
2+ years recruiting with associate degree; 3+ years with other credentials.
Strong sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and stakeholder collaboration.
