Responsibilities

• Lead intake with hiring leaders to define requirements and priorities.
• Source passive candidates through direct outreach and research.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, develop offers, and onboard new hires.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders through clear communication.
