Job summary

Furientis in Los Angeles seeks a hands-on Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles. You will lead sourcing, intake, interviewing, and offers, while partnering with technical leads to ensure fast, high-quality hires.

You will build deep pipelines using AI-assisted tools, maintain structured interview processes, and optimize the candidate experience. This on-site role reports to Head of Talent and shapes our recruiting engine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a strong hiring record matters more.
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 2 years carrying engineering reqs end to end from sourcing through close.
• Demonstrated sourcing depth in passive markets: LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean, referral campaigns, and direct outreach.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read technical roles and hold credible conversations.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting on engineering reqs from intake to close.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean, GitHub, and events.
• Run structured intakes with technical leads to build scorecards.
• Screen candidates on technical substance and assess real engineering contributions.
• Design and refine interview loops to speed decisions.
• Own Lever end-to-end: req hygiene, stage definitions, scorecards, and offer execution.
• Instrument funnel and report on pass-through, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire.
• Build pipelines with universities, national labs, primes, and adjacent industries.
