You will leverage data to refine search strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and build pipelines across autonomous vehicles, mining, and related hardware domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience sourcing and closing hardware talent.
• Ability to speak fluently with engineers and hiring managers about hardware challenges.
• Established network in the San Francisco Bay Area tech talent landscape.
• Proven track record of creative sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset for advising hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions.
• Proactively source candidates with hardware, mechanical, electrical, and firmware backgrounds.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering leadership to scope roles and align hiring goals.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview journey reflecting our culture.
• Use data and pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
