Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 2+ years in Technical Services or comparable experience.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods and LATICRETE products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints using Salesforce.
• Coordinate support requests with sales representatives.
• Conduct job site visits as needed.
• Create and update technical data sheets.
