Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the construction industry.
• 2+ years experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through phone calls, chats, emails.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints through Salesforce.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical support with sales.
