LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Services Representative II to provide technical assistance to customers through calls, chats, and emails. This role focuses on resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, and construction materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through various channels.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints professionally.
• Supports Technical Services training programs.
