Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to various stakeholders through multiple channels.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints diplomatically via Salesforce.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical support and training.
