The role emphasizes safety, quality, and driving business growth through effective leadership. The TSM will coordinate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, review profitability, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as NEC and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and NETA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned location/department.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and mentors direct reports; conducts reviews and sets development goals.
• Schedules work and coordinates with other managers for larger jobs.
• Reviews quotes, conducts job walks, and ensures quality of field work.
• Maintains customer relationships and communicates with clients professionally.
