Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead the Electrical Field Testing team in Orlando. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor technicians, manage projects, and ensure safety and profitability while delivering expert field services to clients.

Responsibilities include hiring/training, scheduling, reviewing test reports, coordinating with leadership, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in the field.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing or military power programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial electrical issues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the location and department.
• Hire, train, and mentor technicians; set development goals.
• Schedule local team work and coordinate large jobs.
• Prepare/ review quotes; review test reports; ensure quality.
• Maintain customer relationships and professional communication.
• Ensure profitability of jobs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with leadership on safety records and best practices.
• Produce reports and support location business needs.
