Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Expert technical knowledge of the subject matter.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor others.
• Advanced ability to problem solve, analyze complex systems, and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently executes all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase engineering tasks.
• Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions.
• Integrates all energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
• Collaborates with project engineers to ensure alignment with standards and codes.
• Advises on technical and resource requirements to meet project outcomes.
• Troubleshoots complex equipment and system installations and optimizes upgrades.
• Identifies gaps in project execution and develops standards to address them.
• Develops new tools supporting project execution.
• Provides leadership and mentoring within Technical Services.
• Develops training materials and post-implementation staff training.
