ENFRA LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare. You bring deep expertise in HVAC, building automation, and energy conservation, and you will guide commissioning from concept through performance optimization.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with project managers and TS teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and commissioning standards.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical authority across commissioning and development.
• Lead energy management integrations in complex projects.
• Balance project constraints with expected outcomes for TS organization.
• Develop SOPs and company-wide standards to resolve issues.
• Mentor TS staff and drive training programs.
• Oversee complex system integrations and optimization.
