Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, with a focus on retro-commissioning, HVAC, and energy management across multi-building campuses. The role requires building automation expertise and a PE license.

The engineer will lead data collection, site surveys, and development of energy strategies while collaborating with project managers and energy teams, and will travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license required; strong problem solving and analysis skills; multitasking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
• Coordinate site surveys to determine facility conditions and scope requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx projects.
• Assist design teams with integrating energy conservation strategies.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services to ensure project outcomes.
• Review critical equipment and system submittals for conformance.
• Perform commissioning reviews and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system installation issues and support upgrades.
• Complete technical reports and contribute to new project tools; uphold ENFRA brand.
