Job summary
ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide expert support across energy-as-a-Service projects. The role emphasizes MEP design, building automation, and energy conservation, with guidance from the engineer of record to optimize system performance.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in engineering design or energy management, PE licensure, and proven leadership. Travel to job sites and offices is expected 30%–40% of the time, with a focus on healthcare and higher education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
- Experience with energy management and retro commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Execute all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase tasks.
- Lead site surveys to assess facility conditions and determine requirements.
- Integrate energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
- Collaborate with project engineers to align with codes and standards.
- Advise project team on technical/resource requirements to meet outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment and installations; optimize upgrades.
- Develop new tools to support project execution.
- Mentor Technical Services staff and provide training materials.
- Support training of staff post-implementation.
