Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a seasoned Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects across multi-building portfolios. You will lead technical design, commissioning, and optimization of energy conservation measures with a focus on building automation and MEPS.

The role requires a PE license, 7+ years in engineering design or retro commissioning, and expertise in HVAC systems, building automation, and energy management strategies. Travel 30–40% to sites and offices is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Independently executes all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase engineering tasks.
Leads site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements.
Integrates energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
Collaborates with the engineer of record to ensure alignment with codes and best practices.
Advises project team on technical and resource requirements to meet outcomes.
Troubleshoots complex equipment and system installations and optimizes upgrades.
Develops new tools to support project execution.
Provides leadership and mentoring within Technical Services.
