Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning within multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings.

You will apply MEP design expertise, building automation, and energy management strategies, guiding project teams to achieve energy and operational performance outcomes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license required; commissioning certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; multitasking capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance during data collection surveys and pre-engineering.
• Coordinate site surveys to assess conditions and scope requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for retro-commissioning projects.
• Assist design teams with integration of energy strategies for full energy management.
• Review RFPs and submittals to ensure project outcomes.
• Lead commissioning reviews and peer reviews of design documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system installation issues; optimize upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports and develop new project tools.
• Uphold ENFRA brand and ensure client satisfaction through quality execution.
• Collaborate with PMs, energy managers, and team managers for delivery.
