Job summary

ENFRA invites a seasoned Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning and energy optimization for multi-building portfolios in education and healthcare. You will guide commissioning processes, collaborate with project managers, and mentor TS staff.

The role requires deep MEP expertise, building automation focus, and proven execution quality with documentation.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
Authoritative technical expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with mentoring of technical teams.
High-level capacity to inform strategic decisions and resolve execution constraints.

Responsibilities

Serves as the ultimate technical authority across all phases of commissioning and development.
Integrates unified energy management solutions across complex multi-disciplinary projects.
Provides technical focus to maximize project outcomes for Technical Services.
Identifies gaps in project execution and establishes SOPs to resolve systemic issues.
Mentors Technical Services staff and drives training frameworks.
