Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning for large multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings.

You will bring deep MEP design expertise, energy conservation strategies, and hands-on building automation know-how to optimize system performance. Expect extensive collaboration with project teams and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
5+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
A PE license is required or must be in process.
Strong problem solving and ability to analyze complex systems.
Excellent multitasking and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
Coordinate site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and requirements.
Develop energy conservation strategies for retro-commissioning projects.
Assist design teams with integration of energy strategies for comprehensive energy management.
Review RFPs for equipment/services and ensure project outcomes are met.
Review critical equipment/submittals for conformance.
Conduct commissioning reviews and peer reviews of design documents.
Troubleshoot installation and setup problems; assist in optimizing upgrades.
Complete technical reports and develop tools to support project execution.
Uphold ENFRA brand through excellence in work execution.
