Job summary
Rheem North America Division is seeking an IT-focused Technical Services Analyst II to support desktop and network needs for plant operations in Scottsboro, AL. The role emphasizes hardware/software diagnosis, repair, upgrades, and reliable connectivity across manufacturing systems.
The position spends significant time on the plant floor and collaborates with Quality and Engineering software teams to ensure optimal performance of plant IT assets.
Qualifications
- Experience providing IT support in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills and PC imaging basics.
- Basic networking knowledge and IP addressing concepts.

- Support desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals for plant operations.
- Monitor network connectivity, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
- Assist with manufacturing projects, including Ethernet drops and IP addressing.

Job description
The Technical Services Analyst IIis a manufacturing plant support position within Information Technology. This position willprovide support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals, which includes installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrades to all hardware, software, and peripheral equipment related to plant operations, while ensuring optimal performance.This position will be responsible formonitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting network connectivity and reliability issues related to the plant. In addition, support of manufacturing projects is required and will involve identification of Ethernet drops, IP addressing, monitor setup, and assistance with Quality/ Engineering software applications.The position will spend 75%-80% of their timeon the plant floor, and 20% resolving typical PC/software/wireless issues.
This position will serve Rheem North America Division located in Scottsboro, AL (Onsite).
