Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office Suite and PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and peripherals per enterprise standards and connect to LAN.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and assist plant personnel with issues.
• Support plant floor applications and local telephony hardware/software.
• Maintain security standards (Active Directory, antivirus, browser controls).
• Provide incident management support and prepare management reports.
