Job summary

Rheem North America Division in Scottsboro, AL is seeking a Technical Services Analyst II for plant IT support. The role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, and peripherals used in plant operations.

You will monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and reliability, support manufacturing projects, and assist with Quality/Engineering software applications. Expect 75-80% floor work and 20% desk troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with plant floor network connectivity and project support.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade plant IT hardware and software.
• Monitor, report, and troubleshoot plant network connectivity.
• Support manufacturing projects, including Ethernet drops and IP addressing, and assist with Quality/Engineering software.
• Spend majority of time on the plant floor with some desktop and wireless issue resolution.
