Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills and PC imaging basics.
• Basic networking knowledge and IP addressing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals for plant operations.
• Monitor network connectivity, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
• Assist with manufacturing projects, including Ethernet drops and IP addressing.
• Configure monitor setups and support Quality/Engineering software.
