Job summary

CTB, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative to train customers, troubleshoot, and support dealers and end users both onsite and remotely.

You will prepare manuals, manage warranty processes, and analyze trends to drive improvements while attending trade shows to expand market presence. The role requires at least an associate degree or technical certificate and 2+ years in diagnosing and repairing power units, with CAD reading skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2-year technical certificate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical experience diagnosing and repairing power units.
• Ability to read CAD drawings; remote PLC coding experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare and provide product training for dealers, distributors, and builders.
• Provide technical support on product issues via telephone or in person (onsite or field).
• Create and update product manuals for changes and new products.
• Manage warranty programs and analyze trends for corrective action.
• Attend trade shows to stay current and network with dealers.
