Job summary

Custom Equipment, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide expert support for AXCS equipment, assist dealers and internal teams, and help with service training and warranty administration.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, develop training materials, and travel to customer sites to resolve complex service problems while contributing to product improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related technical field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in technical service, equipment repair, field service, or customer support.
• Experience with mobile/construction equipment and MEWPs preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, service manuals, and technical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical product concerns.
• Process service parts orders, quotations, acknowledgments, and related requests.
• Assist customers in identifying replacement parts and provide technical guidance for repair and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing and Quality teams for production-related issues.
• Assist in warranty claims processing, documentation review, and customer communication.
• Develop and conduct customer, dealer, and internal service training programs.
• Travel to customer, dealer, distributor, and company locations to provide assistance and training.
