Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Experience providing technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with service manuals, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Experience with ERP/service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, dealer, and distributor requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical concerns using assessments and documentation.
• Process service parts orders, quotes, and warranty-related requests.
• Develop and deliver training courses for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to address field issues.
