Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for a Technical Support Manager in Iowa, United States. With a minimum of 7 years in construction and supervisory skills, the manager will train and develop the technical team, provide support to clients, and participate in management meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in construction industry required.
• 3+ years in technical support of building materials or products.
• Supervisory and management expertise is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction methods is needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Create and review technical data sheets and advisories.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical service and training.
