Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction product industry. This role involves managing a team, analyzing technical activities, and providing expert advice on material selection and installation procedures.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience. The role requires 25% travel and knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.
• Conduct technical service department audits at satellite facilities.
