Elastic is expanding its Sales Development team in Arlington, VA. The SDR will identify, nurture and create new opportunities, focusing on quality interactions over quantity.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams, research accounts, and craft targeted messages using Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn. A strong curiosity for technology will help you explain complex concepts to a technical audience.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of SaaS sales experience/ Public Sector or Fed focused preferred
• Willing to be in the Arlington, VA office 3 days a week
• Open to feedback, curious and eager to learn
• Love of technology with ability to explain complex concepts
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out
• Hitting monthly targets through self-discipline and creativity
• A desire to contribute to something bigger
