Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks recent engineering graduates for the 6-month Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program. You’ll receive structured training, a mentor, and a nationwide sales network to build technical sales skills while supporting customer opportunities.

You’ll learn HVAC equipment, build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners, and contribute to improving building performance and sustainability through technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
