Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) program, a 6-month development track for recent engineering graduates aiming to start a technical sales career. You will be mentored, trained, and exposed to a nationwide network of sales professionals while supporting proposals and customer opportunities.

You will gain hands-on experience with HVAC solutions, build relationships with building owners, engineers, and contractors, and learn to present technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
