Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the BEST program, a 6-month development path in technical sales. From day one, you'll have a mentor and a nationwide sales network to support your growth.

You'll gain hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, building solutions, and customer interactions, developing the technical and business acumen needed for a successful career in sales engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls’ HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
