The 6-month development track pairs graduates with mentors and a nationwide sales network to build technical acumen, business sense, and relationship skills for a high-growth sales career. You will learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals and projects, and collaborate with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers in data centers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
