Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching its Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program in the United States. The six-month development track pairs new graduates with a dedicated mentor and access to a nationwide sales network, classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to develop technical expertise and business acumen.

You will learn fire equipment, building solutions, and engage with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver improvements in performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
