Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales BEST Program in Irving, TX for recent engineering graduates. The 6-month development track combines classroom training, hands-on sales experience, and mentorship to build technical sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
