Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. in Milwaukee is launching the ACE Program, an 18‑month sales development track for recent graduates. You will receive instructor‑led training, hands‑on customer experience and mentorship to build technical sales expertise across ACVS.

The program starts in Milwaukee and relocates after six months to a predefined base. Participants will support ACVS sales teams, develop relationships with managers, and use PowerBI for reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum with preference for Computer Engineering or Business.
• Recent graduate and ready to start in Jun 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and able to work in Milwaukee first.
• Open to relocation to predetermined bases after six months, including Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to ACVS sales teams and customers.
• Establish monthly cadence with Area and Regional Sales Managers.
• Assist with CRM pipeline management and account hygiene.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Develop cross‑department relationships and support product growth initiatives.
